Welcome to WSFCB Tarja's Belgian Fanclub!

"Hollola rocks"

Tarja continues to hold promise for her daily blog writing.
Doug Wimbish and Will Calhoun have joined the rest. Will shall also play drums in some of the new songs. Tarja also wants to experiment and let Will and Mike play 1 song together t. We are curious about what that yields.

Tarja blijft haar belofte houden om dagelijks een nieuwe blog te schrijven.
Doug Wimbish en Will Calhoun hebben zich bij de rest gevoegd. Will zal ook de drums in enkele liedjes spelen. Tarja wil ook experimenteren en Will en Mike samen 1 lied laten drummen. We zijn benieuwd naar wat dat oplevert.

Tarja continue de tenir sa promesse d'écrire un nouveau blog quotidien.
Doug Wimbish et Will Calhoun ont rejoint le reste.Will sera également jouer de la batterie dans certaines chansons. Tarja veut aussi expérimenter et veut que Will et Mike jouent une chanson ensemble. Nous sommes curieux de savoir ce que ça rend.

"Moving on"

A new day means a new blog.
Max has just arrived in the studio and Tarja was surprised about his length;), since it's been a while since she last saw him. The studio work goes fine. "In For A Kill" sounds great with the drums and guitars. Tarja lets us know that they also recorded a cover from the 80s.

Een nieuwe dag, een nieuwe blog.
Max is net in de studio aangekomen en Tarja is weer verbaasd over zijn lengte ;). Het studiowerk verloopt prima. "In For A Kill" klinkt uitstekend met de drums en gitaar erbij. Tarja laat ons ook weten dat ze ook een cover uit de jaren 80 hebben opgenomen.

Un nouveau jour, un nouveau blog.
Max vient d'arriver dans le studio et Tarja a été surpris par sa taille;). Le travail en studio va excellent. "In For A Kill" sonne bien avec la batterie et des guitares. Tarja nous fait savoir qu'elles ont également récordé un cover d'une chanson des 80s.

"Few more songs’ drums recorded"

Tarja continues to keep us informed in her blog. The recordings were fruitful, Mike has just finished the drums for the first 4 songs and the atmosphere is still excellent. Tarja leaves us here on tenterhooks, but she already tells us that they're planning some great things for the next world tour. She does not want to tell us the names of the songs that Mike already finished, only that amongst them are 2 "heavy songs" (LL and DS) and 1 ballad (U). Finally, there follow a few words of Alex, who is also having a fantastic time.

Tarja blijft ons op de hoogte houden met haar blog. De opnames verlopen vlot, Mike heeft net de drums voor het 4e nummer afgewerkt en de sfeer is nog altijd opperbest. Tarja laat ons nog even op hete kolen zitten, maar weet ons al te zeggen dat ze een paar geweldige dingen plannen voor de volgende wereldtournee. Ze wil de namen van de liedjes die Mike al afwerkte nog niet verraden, enkel dat het gaat om 2 "heavy songs" (LL en DS) en 1 ballade (U). Tot slot volgen nog een paar woordjes van Alex, die zich ook enorm amuseert.

Tarja continue de nous informer dans son blog. Les enregistrements ont été fructueuses, Mike vient de terminer les premiers 4 chants et l'ambiance est toujours excellente. Tarja nous laisse ici sur des charbons ardents, mais elle nous dit déjà qu'ils veulent de grandes choses pour la prochaine tournée mondiale. Elle ne veut pas encore dire les noms des chansons que Mike a déjà fini, mais seulement qu'ils sont de 2 "heavy songs" (LL et DS) et 1 "ballade" (U). Enfin, suivez quelques mots d'Alex, qui s'amuse aussi énormement.

"And today we started"

Two days after her last blog Tarja has decided to write another one. They have just started recording some of the new stuff and everything goes smoothly. The drums of Mike also arrived, so everything was ready to fly in tight. Everything is going well and Tarja describes the preliminary results as fantastic, so we cannot wait to hear something!

Twee dagen na haar laatste blog heeft Tarja besloten er nog eentje te schrijven. Ze zijn net begonnen met het opnemen van wat nieuw materiaal en alles gaat vlot. De drums van Mike zijn ook net gearriveerd, dus was alles klaar om er stevig in te vliegen. Alles gaat uitstekend en Tarja beschrijft de voorlopige resultaten als fantastisch, dus we kunnen niet wachten om er iets van te horen!

Deux jours après son dernier blog, Tarja a décidé d'écrire un autre. Ils ont juste commencé à enregistrer des trucs et que tout se passe bien. Les drums de Mike viennent d'arriver, si tout était prêt à voler dans le serré. Tout va bien et Tarja décrit les résultats préliminaires comme fantastique, donc nous ne pouvons pas attendre d'entendre quelque chose!

"First Studio Day"

Together with the start of the recordings for What Lies Beneath, there is a new blog to read. It is obvious that Tarja has really been looking forward to this moment. The first song that will be recorded is "The Crying Moon". This time, it is not only Tarja who wants to tell us something, but the blog also contains some words from "Uncle Mike". His drumset did not arrive yet, but he hopes it will arrive tomorrow, so they can shoot in action.

Samen met het begin van de opnames voor What Lies Beneath valt er een nieuwe blog te lezen. Het is overduidelijk dat Tarja enorm heeft uitgekeken naar dit ogenblik. Het eerste nummer dat opgenomen zal worden is "The Crying Moon". Het is dit keer niet alleen Tarja die ons wat wil vertellen, maar de blog bevat ook enkele woorden van "Uncle Mike". Zijn drumstel is nog niet aangekomen, maar hij hoop dat ze morgen aankomen, zodat ze in actie kunnen schieten.

Ensemble avec le début des enregistrements pour What Lies Beneath, il y a un nouveau blog à lire. Il est évident que Tarja a vraiment envie de commencer. Le premier numéro qui sera recordé est "The Crying Moon". Il s'agit cette fois non seulement de Tarja, mais le blog contient aussi quelques mots d ' "Uncle Mike". Son drumset n'est pas encore arrivé, mais ils espèrent qu'ils arrivent demain, pour qu'ils puissent tourner en action.
